10th Anniversary in Nature’s Bliss
Deborah V.
Date of Stay: April 23, 2022 – April 30, 2022

We spent our 10th Anniversary week at Two Palms with our loveable mutt for a much-needed getaway. It was an awesome trip and so relaxing! When we weren’t beach combing or exploring the area, we spent time chilling on the porches (two of which are screened-in to prevent even the no-seums from getting in). It was really nice to have the master bedroom doors open to the porch to hear the sounds of the ocean. All of the porches, decks and below the house were well furnished with tables, Adirondack chairs and lifeguard chairs. The sofas and beds were quite comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped and there was lots of seating for meals. Our very favorite feature was the hot tub! We made use of it most everyday and enjoyed a good night’s sleep! Since it was still a little early in the season and fairly cool at night along with a rough surf, we were not able to use the kayaks and paddle boards, but we did play a few rounds of shuffleboard! We had a great evening on the beach by a bonfire (it was on my bucket list) watching the sun go down and then sitting underneath a canopy of stars. We ventured into Port St. Joe for a delicious breakfast at Sister’s Bistro and for our Anniversary dinner at Krazyfush (also delish) and watched the sunset off of Cape San Blas. We also had an awesome lunch (baked oysters with parmesan and garlic butter and gumbo) at the Indian Pass Rawbar! It’s truly a unique place that must be experienced on your visit! Besides checking out Indian Pass (we hope to go to St. Vincent Island next time) and Cape San Blas Peninsula State Park, we drove to Appalachiacola and St. George Island State Park (beautiful dunes). The scenery was just gorgeous on the drive and the towns were really cozy. We finished the day with a late lunch at the Half Shell Dockside where I got some great shots of various birds and boats that passed by! Lastly, at Two Palms, nature was out in full force with not only various shore birds and Money Bayou full of blue crabs, but a pair of bald eagles, porpoises frolicking in the surf and a pair of deer that ran by the house early one morning and walked right past us on our last evening there as we sat in the boardwalk watching the sunset. We loved the mostly-deserted beach! The owners, Peter and Lydia were very responsive and helpful and their property manager, Jim was very helpful as well and met us at Two Palms and made sure we were set, called to check-in mid-week and stopped by on checkout! Great Trip!

Our family felt right at home the moment we walked in. The house was well equipped with everything you need to have the best beach vacation! The deck space can’t be beat. A huge shout out to the Burns for making sure our family vacation was a 10!

There Really Is Nothing Better!

This was our family’s second trip to 2 Palms. We went last year and absolutely loved it. We rarely double up on vacation spots, but had such a great time last year that everyone was begging for us to go back. This time did not disappoint. We got even luckier with unseasonably warmer weather for January, it was in the 70’s , 75 a couple of days. My 4 and 6 year old were on the beach for 8 hours everyday having the time of their lives . We actually went swimming in the Gulf multiple times, water was in upper 60’s.The days always concluded with a beautiful sunset in the hot tub. At night we would walk down to the beach and have a small bonfire and look at the picturesque stars. From there we watched a family movie in the living room on the brand new, ultra-comfortable couches. After that, it was time to call it a night. The highlight for me is always sleeping in the Master Bedroom with the windows open so you can hear the waves crashing as you fall asleep. There really is nothing better.
Some other highlights that we appreciated the second time around:
- 2 Palms has one of the best grills I have ever seen at a rental property. We utilized it every night
- The hot tub is a must. The kids love it, and it gives the best angles for sunsets
- Make sure you do a bonfire every night. Words do not do justice to the stars that are above you
- The proximity to the beach is really unbelievable. Even if you forget something or need to get water, it is a quick run to the house
- Port St Joe has some great restaurants, that are super easy to get to. We enjoyed lunch there a lot
- It is a perfect place to relax.
- The hosts have the best options for restaurants and little unknown places and things to do. Utilize them.
We consider ourselves so lucky to have found this hidden gem in an area we did not know. The hosts are beyond accommodating and awesome. While I love going to different places each year, I think 2 Palms has become an annual family vacation for my family.

We had a great stay at Two Palms. Peter, the owner, was great to work with and provided so much information on the area that was very helpful. Peter ALWAYS got back to us and went above and beyond when we had questions. The house had everything we needed and more. The paddle boards and kayaks were great. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all needed supplies, the decks were awesome to take in the gulf sights and sounds. Crab hunting was a blast. Great location, great food, an awesome experience overall. Thanks Peter for providing a great home to rent!!

The house was comfortable and spacious, with room for all. Everyone enjoyed gathering on the decks and enjoying the spectacular ocean views. We appreciated having access to lots of outdoor sports equipment. The property manager was very helpful, especially during the tropical storm we encountered. The online pictures were somewhat misleading, as some of the furniture is worn, I’m sure in great part to constant use! Thanks to Peter for all of the thorough information, tips, and suggestions provided to us. We would definitely come back.

Owners/manager were super friendly and helpful in assisting with any and all questions/concerns! The beach area was the highlight with miles of sand in both directions and WITHOUT crowds! Caught lots of fish including juvenile sharks right from the beach! Don’t worry, while fishing in knee deep water the sharks swam the other direction when they saw us. The water was very warm and shallow which is a plus for the kiddos. The house was stocked with anything that we needed as we cooked several meals on site still while grabbing restaurant carry out meals to enjoy back at the house. The air conditioner worked fantastically and with the ceiling fans in each room, no one used the supplied box fans! Would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to come back from Northern IN. Thanks again to owners Peter & Lydia !
Relaxing Family Vacation

My family recently stayed at two palms. The house was amazing! The location was okay. We had a great time crabbing and fishing. The blue crabs that we caught were not big enough to eat which was a little disappointing. We caught several small sharks and a few catfish. The small sharks come all the way up to the beach. The house was fully stocked with every small appliance we needed we needed. The house was comfortable and large enough for my family to spread out and relax. I recommend taking your own beach chairs, the ones at the house are rusted and a couple are broken. The owner will tell you to call the property manager with anything you need or with any questions, such as fire wood, etc and the property manager will make arrangements but that was not true during our trip, he couldn’t answer our questions about fireworks (we were there over the 4th). We were just given numbers to call, which we happily did, and everything worked out. It just wasn’t the grand service that the owner talked about when I spoke with him. During our stay the water the mostly brown, the color of Dr. pepper, due to the money bayou, on the last day it had cleared up some. All in all two palms is great vacation home if you are looking for a quiet relaxing location. Be prepared for the property manager to show up an hour before check out time (9am ish) and hang out down stairs for a while. The owner Peter Burns is very easy to talk to and full of information and suggestions that he is willing to share.
Owner Response:
Amy, Thank you for staying with us and submitting a review! We appreciate your thoughtful comments. As you know a hurricane was approaching and you were very concerned. We assured you that we would be monitoring the situation and taking all necessary precautions. And we did. The Hurricane did not directly hit us but the storm winds and rain did hit us. One of the byproducts of the storm is that it dramatically churns and stirs up the water and the result for a few days is “Dr. Pepper Colored Water”. As you said, it started to clear up towards the end of your week. We are sorry about your disappointment and unfortunately, that is just how it is. Hopefully, the color of the water for a couple days doesn’t ruin your vacation. I strongly disagree about your evaluation of our manager, Jim and the implication that we don’t follow thru on our promises of Fantastic Customer service. You will not find any rental or management company more responsive and attentive to your needs anywhere in Gulf County!!!! In terms of the fireworks and Jim’s actions, it was totally spot on. Depending on weather, heat , rain and wind sometimes the fireworks are rescheduled. Thus he gave you the phone number to make sure. In terms of Jim arriving at the property 1 hour before official check out we find that very helpful to guests. He does NOT enter the house and many times folks have questions about checking out and the condition of the house. He is not Intrusive. He checks out the outside condition of the property. Things like the garbage, outside furniture, the 3 outdoor showers, the 2 grills, the hot tub and any debris on the property. Also the 2 Kayaks, 2 stand-up boards, beach chairs, life vests, shuffleboard court, and horseshoe pit, etc. I have a hard time understanding the problem of inspecting the outside property before you depart. Finally, we had many calls, texts, and emails before you came, and as you mentioned: “Peter Burns is very easy to talk to and full of information and suggestions that he is willing to share.” I must have said 10 times please call or text Jim, OR MYSELF if there is anything we could help with. I even sent several texts while you were there and ZERO texts were returned. We pride ourselves on our service and value-added features. Please check out our REVIEWS on our website for proof. Nobody does better than we do with customer satisfaction! Peter J. Burns-Owner

The Perfect Getaway!

We absolutely LOVED our time at Two Palms. The home has the most spectacular view of the sunrise and sunset over the water, with a fantastic interior to match. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of room for multiple cooks and each bedroom is large with closet and drawer space to unpack into, but the real show stopper are the decks. There are 2 screened in decks, one off the master on the top floor and another off the main living area with plenty of seating and tables. The third deck is large and has both grills and the hot tub. We quite literally lived on the decks the entirety of our trip with a gentle breeze and warm temperatures almost every day. If you’re looking for somewhere to escape everything and spend some quality time with a few loved ones (which we were), then you’ve found it. Peter, one of the owners, and Jim, the property manager, made everything very easy for us and were always available if needed. I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Two Palms, so suffice it to say that I highly recommend this home!

LOVE TWO PALMS!
Magee’s – Ohio
Date of Stay: Jan. 2 to Jan. 9, 2021

We spent a lovely week at Two-Palms during a week with unfavorable weather. But, we were still able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, on shore fishing, crabbing, nightly bon-fires, even horseback riding on the beach.
Two-Palms has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of tv’s, comfortable beds and during the warmer weather you will have plenty to do outside.
My family enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and beach front access.
We would definitely come back to Two-Palms. A shout out to the Property Manager, Jim. He was helpful and accessible to any of our needs.
We also enjoyed Port St Joe and Apalachicola were you will find the best oysters in the state of Florida. Our dog had the best week of his life on this dog friendly beach!
Thank you Two-Palms for sharing your wonderful beach front home!
THIS HOUSE IS JUST PERFECT!

Date of Stay: October, 2020

There are no words to describe how much we love this house! This is our 5th time at Two Palms and the owners are simply the nicest people to work with and they have a property manager named Jim that is awesome too. This house is just PERFECT from the location to the hot tub! If you are thinking of renting in the Cape San Blas or Indian Pass area, you will not be disappointed with this house. The attention to detail the owners show to their renters is amazing. They have thought of everything and if they don’t have it, they will make it happen. It is really impossible to expect this kind of customer service but Two Palms makes you spoiled for any other rental. Thank you Peter and Lydia and Jim for another perfect trip!!!
The Most Exciting Beach Spot Ever
Phil & Tim – Georgia
Date of Stay: September, 2020

One of our most favorite moments is when we get to go on our family vacation down to Florida. Every year we visit our favorite spot, Cape San Blas, Fl. And every year we continue to stay at the most wonderful place ever – Two-Palms. This past October (2020) was out 9th year to visit this treasure spot of which we love to call our second home. For the past 8 years it has just been the two of us with our three schnauzers enjoying this big house. So, this year we thought we would do something different, we decided to take the parents (and what a delight that was). When we first arrived, we noticed something different, the house had changed with a bigger downstairs bedroom and bath (with bunk beds for the kiddos), upgraded appliances, new flooring and a beautiful new deck. Yes, the deck has been rebuilt with a new sunken hot tub, not to mention all the other amenities that are included such as wood and gas grills, outdoor eating area and bar along with lounging chairs. Oh, and don’t forget the kayaks, crabbing cages, beach toys and chairs. This house is totally amazing with all its upgraded amenities and boardwalk right to the beach (which now includes a shower for washing off the sand and bench for watching the early morning sunrises and late-night sunsets). Every year we always have the best time and each year it continues to get better and better. What a delight it was to take the parents as this has now become their vacation spot as well. We are already looking at scheduling our next visit for 2021 and this time, not only family will be going but friends as well. We would totally recommend staying at “Two-Palms” as this is the best vacation spot we have ever been to!
Coming to Cape San Blas 25 years; This was one of the Best Ever!
Bruce Family – LaGrange, Georgia
Date of Stay: August 1 – August 8, 2020

Our Family vacation at Two Palms was one of the best ever and we’ve been coming to the Cape area for over 25 years. The house itself was roomy and clean with comfortable beds The kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, small appliances and utensils and gadgets galore. Our younger family members enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and there were plenty of beach chairs and a sun canopy that was easy to set up on the beach. Inside were plenty of board games and puzzles to keep us entertained at night. We had plenty of room to spread out inside and outside on the screened porch and hot tub deck. The property manager, Jim Sickles, was there to meet us when we arrived and gave us a walk through and answered any questions we might have had about the grills, hot tub, etc.. Jim was pleasant and made sure we had his cell number to call should we need anything during our stay. I would definitely give this property FIVE STARS, and we will surely look to book this property again.
We Enjoyed Every Moment in Your Beach Home!

Somehow my morning coffee just doesn’t seem the same here at home without the ocean view at Two Palms. Waking up and hearing nothing but the ocean was beyond relaxing … it was mesmerizing. Our family had a chance to gather, exhale, and re-fuel our energy tanks. For one fantastic week, we enjoyed every moment in your beach home. We appreciated all of the details that you and your wife so thoughtfully provided: the three showers outside allowed us to not track in the sand, and bathing our little dog outside was awesome; the kayaks and paddle boards were SO much fun; we gazed at the unbelievable stars at night from the hot tub; and we grilled just about every night. We made a point to sit in every outside chair — the two lounges on the lower deck were best for stargazing because there was no competing light, the stools at the railing were best for evening drinks, every chair on the porch was great for chatting with our group all together at lunch; and the lounges on the top porch were best for reading when it rained (you could really hear the rain hitting the roof!) And three sofas inside meant that EVERYONE had a cozy seat at night when we all gathered to chat and watch tv and play games. What sets you apart the most is your personal touch — the emails and phone calls. There’s a difference in staying in someone else’s home than there is being in your own home, and you made us feel we were staying at a friend’s house. And your manager, Jim, is just as terrific. Your hospitality is unmatched. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

I Could Not Speak Highly Enough About This Place!!
L. Suzanne Dunlap – North Carolina
Date of Stay: August 18, 2020

I could not speak highly enough about this place!! The owners and property manager are amazing– they communicated super well with us and kept us up to date with weather and COVID safety standards at Port St. Joe. The entire house is comfortable and clean, with lots of room to gather or alone for study time. The screened-in porch has become essential for us when renting and this one did not disappoint! Everything you need in the kitchen, chairs, towels, beach toys for all ages, umbrellas– they have truly gone above & beyond to make this a wonderful place for their guests! The location is to die for. 🙂 The beach is steps away and very unique, with the river flowing into the gulf just down from the house. I really could go on & on! It will forever be a top memory vacation for us! I would return in a heart-beat.

Amazing Homes and BEACHES!
Tara H. – Georgia
Date of Stay: August 22, 2020

My family has had the pleasure of staying at both Two Palms and Three Palms. Two Palms last year and Three Palms this year. We absolutely fell in love with both properties.
Both have amazing beaches. So secluded and lots of room to stretch out. Both beaches are absolutely pristine. It really is like having your own private beach most days. Even when you do run into someone, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Both homes are super comfortable, well maintained, and have everything you could possibly want or need.
We did not need one single thing that was not already on hand.
However, if we had, Peter, Lydia, Candy, and Jim were more than willing to go the extra mile to get us anything we would need. They made it clear we could call anytime for any reason.
Peter and Lydia are an absolute dream to book with – so very, very accommodating.
Candy and then Jim were absolutely wonderful upon arrival and departure.
Though the homes and beaches are what we originally came for, Peter and Lydia are the reason we hope to never go elsewhere.
We truly appreciate you opening your homes (and amazing beaches!!) to us, and hope to have the absolute pleasure of staying again in the very near future.

“All-Time Favorite By Far!”
Kathy M. – New York
Date of Stay: April 2020

My family has been visiting Cape San Blas for 20 years, probably two visits a year on average. We have enjoyed many of the 20+ beach homes we’ve reserved over the years, but our hands-down, all-time favorite by far is the fabulous Two Palms villa. The photos on the site do not display the true beauty of the home and beach, this is one you have to see to believe. The location is perfect, with unobstructed views of the Gulf from the floor-to-ceiling living room windows, a wide expanse of pristine, uncrowded white sand – no neighbors to the left – and a short walk to the tidal paradise of Money Bayou (The crabbing! The Egrets! The shells!)
Our hosts Peter and Lydia and their incredibly considerate and attentive concierge staff ensured that we had every possible comfort and amenity, and checked on us frequently to ask if we had everything we needed (we did!) They made sure we knew about all the activities available on the Cape and in nearby Port St. Joe – fishing cruises, oyster harvesting, golf cart rentals, horseback riding on the beach…..just amazing. We were spoiled rotten.
The home itself has been virtually rebuilt after hurricane Michael, with an expansive new deck and boardwalk (with three showers and built-in bench seating!) and a brand-new bedroom and bath for the kids, complete with a wide-screen wall TV and tucked-in loft bed to create the perfect cozy fort! You will want for nothing – everything you could possibly need has been provided. Loads of kitchen appliances, new surround-sound system, Sony radio and CD player to fill the home with your favorite beach music, plush beach towels, luxury sheets, bedding, and bath towels, and well-stocked bathroom soaps and supplies.
The outside is even more stunning, with a huge new sundeck and screened-in porch and amenities galore: a ramp from the covered parking area to the deck, new enclosed outdoor shower under the deck, a large picnic table, ring-toss game, two shuffleboard courts, a horseshoe pit, two kayaks, two stand-up paddle-boards, a crab trap, 10+ beach chairs, umbrellas, and enough deck furniture and lounges to seat 20 people in luxurious comfort on the three porches.
The new deck has a shaded area with a new picnic table, two grills (charcoal and gas) and a six-person sunken hot tub, the ideal spot for relaxing and stargazing. Plenty of benches and deck chairs to enjoy while grilling your fresh fish or steaks as the sun sinks below the horizon, painting the sky. So many separate areas to “hide,” even a large family will find their own private space to create a personal retreat.
Grill and chill with your family and guests while watching the sunset over the Gulf, what could be better than that? Did I mention the private screened-in deck off the master bedroom? Such a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail, with a 180 degree birds-eye view of the ocean and abundant wildlife. Fish right in front of the house while lounging on the beach and watching the dolphin for hours. The kids (and dogs) will love exploring Money Bayou and nearby calm, shallow tidal pool. You can kayak from here through the lush marshes to the bay for bird-watching, fishing, crabbing and swimming.
We fell in love with the place, and appreciated all the thoughtful touches the owners have invested in the home to create the perfect beach retreat and peaceful respite from the outside world. We never wanted to leave and cannot wait to return. It is unforgettable and are now “ruined” for other Cape beach homes after our dream vacation at Two Palms. Visit as soon as you can and stay as long as possible you’ll never regret it. May it remain unchanged forever!

We stayed at Two-Palms on July 11-18 2020. This was one of the best vacations we have ever been on! The house was perfect! We loved being right on the beach! It was so convenient with the kids! The kayaks and paddle boards kept the kids entertained all week! We had a bonfire on the beach one night which was so much fun! The house had everything we needed and so many extras that you don’t get other places! The owner, Peter and manager, Jim we’re both very helpful with everything we needed! I recently visited the Two-Palms Villa for a week of paradise. We had two families at the house, including 4 adults and 5 kids all under the age of 11yr old. We were looking for a secluded beach trip far away from the typically crowded beach tourism, and the Two-Palms villa delivered everything we could imagine of. This was an excellent choice for a multi-family, full of kids, trip.
The beach access is remarkable. No roads to cross or crowds to wade through. We had what felt like our own private white sand beach to call home. This is not the typical beach you see on the news, 3-4 rows deep of side by side tents. During the entire week we never had another group of people within 100ft of us. This was great, especially during the COVID worries. The house is supplied with ample beach gear, like chairs, umbrellas and water toys.
The house is very well appointed with appliances and cooking items. We cooked every meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) at the house and never needed more then what was supplied. We found a well-equipped grocery store within a 15min drive. The screened in decks came in very handy when the wind was too light to keep the bugs at bay. But we really only noticed an uptick in the bugs at sunset which is pretty typical.
The property owner and local manager are very responsive and accommodating. Anything we needed or asked for was promptly addressed with graciousness. You will not get this type of service renting through a large rental agency.
I give the Two-Palms Villa a 5-Star rating and would book another trip to this Vacation Villa without hesitation.

“It was everything we were looking for!”
Two Palms at Port St. Joe was everything we were looking for and more. The house is equipped with everything you will need for a fabulous vacation. The screen porches were fantastic and the life guard chairs made looking over the ocean and drinking coffee in the mornings a great experience. The open floor plan made it very convenient for our family with 3 under 3 grandchildren and 5 adults plus us! The beach was beautiful and very private. It was not the crowds that you see at many other beaches. It truly was line you had the ocean in your back yard. You just can’t beat that! The house provides kayaks and paddle boards which we loved! We had our boat with us so the boat ramp at Indian Pass was a super quick drive. The fishing was excellent! The location of Two Palms is convenient to Port St Joe and Apalachicola. I recommend a visit to both! The service from the owners and Jim by far made our experience over the top. I don’t think you will ever find anyone that cares about your stay and checks in as regularly as the Burns and Jim. They feel like family! Be sure to go out on the beach at night and gaze up at the billions of stars … the nights are just as gorgeous as the days.

“The house just keeps getting better!”
We stayed at Two Palms for the sixth year in a row this June, and the house just keeps getting better! The beach is HUGE with acres of white sand. This house is so comfortable we feel like it is our home away from home. Fishing, beachwalking, and relaxing by the water are our everyday activities when we are here, along with grilling our dinner on their huge deck (while the kids enjoy the hot tub) in the evenings. The dogs love it too! Another huge benefit to this house is how private it is – there are no houses behind it, and we feel completely comfortable with the kids in the house and adults on the beach when the kiddos need a break!
The owners, Peter and Lydia, are as wonderful as ever to work with, and aim to please at every turn. I look forward to my annual call to Peter the week before we arrive, to hear about what is going on in CSB and Port St. Joe, new restaurants, fishing charters, etc. Their property manager, Jim, is also a pleasure to work with. He greeted us when we arrived and is a great resource of information about the house and area. We can’t wait to get back to our family vacation getaway next year!

Home Away from home!
Absolutely one of the best locations on the beach! You are literally right on the beach. Great screened in porches for enjoying the fantastic view!
Plenty of room in the house for everyone to spread out & not be on top of each other & each bedroom has its own bathroom so no one is fighting!
Loved the extra amenities such as the huge hot tub, horse shoes, shuffle board & even kayaks!
Less than a 5 minute drive to the Indian Pass Rawbar. Right between Port St Joe & Appalachacola!
The owners are very kind & so easy to work with. We would highly recommend & will most definitely go back!
Thanks for a great vacation on the Cape!

Home away from home!
This was my our second time staying at Two Palms and it was just as fantastic as our first. It truly feels like our home away from home. The owner has put a ton of work into the home and you can really tell that a lot of care was put into making sure your stay is top notch. The new board walk out to the beach is great when your coming in from a long day on the beach. The showers out on the board walk are awesome to get all the sand off before you come in the house. The hot tub is great to soak in in the evening and the screened in porch is the perfect place for a cocktail or two. The beach is secluded there are NO CROWDS! It really feels like your own private beach. Fishing from the surf is really productive, we caught black drum, shark, red fish and sea trout just steps from the house. A short walk down the beach Money Bayou and you can scoop up some fresh crab as well. The inside of the home is very comfortable and cozy and plenty of room for a large family to really spread out. I cannot say enough about the home and how much we enjoy it but the best part is the owner and the staff that work for him. If you have any issue at all during your stay they are on top of it and make sure that you are well taken care of. We have to make a 10 hour drive every year to come down and it is worth every mile! See you next year Two Palms!

Our 2020 Florida Vacation- Two Palms Villa
We arrived in Florida on Saturday, Feb 22 to vacation for our 2nd year at Two Palms and the home was as beautiful as we had remembered. Every day was like heaven, walking the beautiful beach, shelling, fishing and the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets (one of the few places with these gorgeous views). We visited Cape San Blas, Port St. Joe and Apalachicola, all in a short distance for shopping and dining (The Station has the best oysters). Our vacation was to have gone through March 29. The beaches were closed on or about March 22 unfortunately but we still had the beauty of the home and warmth of the Florida sun. Peter and Lydia are such great hosts, they put their guests first, making sure we are happy and comfortable. We have already scheduled our vacation with them for 2021 and can’t wait.

Wonderful Opportunity – R&R Was Fantastic
We had the precious opportunity to stay at Two Palms in January of 2020. I’ve got to say that we had a great time. We read many of the reviews from previous guests and the claims to a time of rest and relaxation were not exaggerated. It was exactly what we needed. Instead of feeling driven by the hustle and bustle of large crowds, the pace was whatever we wanted to make it. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy quiet and privacy, but also wants the excitement of an excursion or two. It seems everything is within reach, but nothing is forced. We loved it! Blue crabs were a lot of fun and a tasty meal. It’s also a very engaging and kid friendly activity. The beach is so wide and accommodating…there’s room for anything. The house was very comfortable, also. It felt like a beach home (which is what we wanted), but was not over-the-top with bright in your face color schemes which aren’t for us. I can’t think of an amenity that was lacking at all. Internet worked great, satellite tv worked great, and the cell service (we have at&t) was fine for us the whole time. The house is roomy, but you won’t be lost from one another, either. The views of the ocean were wonderful! This time of year, we were able to see both sunrise and sunset on the water. The master has two double doors with full pane windows that open up to a balcony view of the beach, ocean, sunrise and sunsets. Very picturesque. And, the same could be said of the view from other areas of the house. There’s more positive things that could be said, but I’ll move on. Peter and Lydia (owners), Candy and Don (property managers) were wonderful. Communications very personable and not professional to the point that you feel like just another tennant. In fact, it felt more like a friendship by the end of the trip. They were there when/if you needed them, but never invasive. It’s something we really appreciated and haven’t seen before. It really did leave good customer service (which it was) and moved into good people being kind in whatever way possible. Peter even called mid-week just to see how everything was going and find out if we needed anything. They were sincere and active to find and resolve any issues. We had none, by the way. We really felt like guests. I can say with all honesty we had a great time and hope to stay again!
